~Dustin de la Garza~

Howdy! My name is Dustin de la Garza, I am originally from Eagle Pass, Texas. I am the eldest of four: myself, two sisters, and one brother. I am a 5th generation cowboy and grew up immersed in the cowboy lifestyle. Because of this, my interests naturally gravitated towards ranch work, team roping, and country music. I actually spent most of my life believing that my future was in professional team roping. To my surprise, God had bigger plans. Aside from being a cowboy, my father also sang in a country band back in his early 20’s. Watching him play guitar and sing is the reason I fell in love with country music. I decided to pick up a guitar when I was 17 and as I progressed, I began to play covers from Chris Ledoux, George Strait, Marty Robbins, and many others. Through the influence of these legends, I began writing my own music with the intention to leave my mark in country music as they did.

In 2021, I released MY debut EP, "Cowboy’s Way of Life," which HAS accumulated over 1 million streams across all music platforms and helped ME begin building a loyal fanbase. Since then, I HAVE played many shows, written lots of new music, and RECENTLY RELEASED several new songs. One of my latest releases is “wild” which came out in march of 2024 and has accumulated over 200,000 streams thus far.

I am currently playing all across texas and the surrounding states and have gotten opportunities to open for bands such as William Beckmann, Randall king and Parker McCollum. I hope to see you at a show soon!
